  • One big-size carrot
  • Two eggs
  • ½ cup of sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • ¼ cup oil
  • Vanilla essence ½ spoon
  • ½ cup flour
  • ½ tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • Almonds

  • Let’s start by peeling a fresh red carrot. Gently remove the skin.

  • Use a food processor to grate the carrot finely for a soft, thin texture. With one carrot, you will get 1/2 cup of grated carrot.
  • Now, it’s time to prepare the mixture for the cakes. In a bowl, combine the grated carrot, one egg, 1/2 cup of sugar, and a pinch of salt. Mix well, then add a second egg and whisk until the sugar dissolves. The better you mix, the better the taste will be!
  • Now, add ¼ cup of oil, and ½ tbsp vanilla essence and remix it with a whisker.
  • It is time to prepare the halwa-cake batter. In a stainer, take ½  cup of flour and ½ tbsp baking powder and sieve it well. Get a whisker and remix all of it in one direction. Continue mixing until it absorbs all the ingredients.
