Banana And Bread Toast Recipe
Ingredients
- One Egg (Kept at room temperature)
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Milk 2 tbsp
- Medium size 2 bananas
- Brown/white bread
- Nutella
- 2 tbsp butter
Direction
- Take a bowl to prepare the mixture. Now, get a room-temperature egg and 2 tbsp sugar into the bowl. Use a fork and mix it well to dissolve sugar thoroughly. Now, pour 2 tbsp milk and mix again to give it a runny texture.

- Once the mixture is ready, get 2 medium-sized bananas. Peel them off and cut into slices with a knife. Make sure the slices are not too thick or thin as you are going to fry them by putting them into the bread.

- Now, get your preferred type of 4 bread slices. Spread nutella thoroughly over one side of each bread.

- Now, stuff two of them with sliced bananas. If you’ve cut the bananas into medium-sized slices, you can easily fit six slices into each piece of bread.

- Pour another nutella spread on top of the stuffed bread and slightly press with your hand so that the two pieces stick together. It will help you to avoid mess in the further steps.

- Get a frying pan and melt 2 tbsp butter here.

- It is time to finally dip your stuffed bread into that previously prepared mixture.

- It’s the final step! Time to toast both sides of the bread until golden brown. Toast one side for a minute before flipping to the other side. Then, toast each side for another two minutes, and it will be perfectly done. Serve with your favorite topping.
