In a pan, mix 1 cup of lychee juice, 1 tsp agar agar, and 2 tbsp sugar. Boil until it thickens, then pour into a serving pan and refrigerate for 30 minutes. 

Once it sets, cut it into cubes. Next, in another pan, mix 2 cups of water, ½ cup lychee juice, 1 tbsp agar agar, and ¼ cup sugar. Boil until thick, then pour over the cubes and refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve the pudding sliced and enjoy!

  • 12 to 15 pieces of lychee (peeled and deseeded)
  • ½ cup water (for blending lychees)
  • 1 cup lychee juice (from blended lychees)
  • 1 teaspoon agar agar powder (for the first layer)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (for the first layer)
  • 2 cups water (for the second layer)
  • ½ cup lychee juice (for the second layer)
  • 1 tablespoon agar agar powder (for the second layer)
  • ¼ cup sugar (for the second layer)

  • First of all, get 12 to 15 pieces of lychee and remove the skin and seeds. You just need the edible part.
