How To Make Chicken Balls?
To start making these crispy chicken balls, take chicken pieces, oil, green chilies, garlic-ginger paste, salt, cumin powder, black pepper, soy sauce, breadcrumbs, and chopped onion into a blender and blend it all until smooth. Once it’s blended, gently transfer it to a bowl and rub a little oil on your hands.
Now, shape the mixture into medium-sized balls,! Just use your greased hands and roll them up. Next, take some pastry sheets and cut them into thin strips. Coat each chicken ball with the strips and make sure they’re well covered. Heat some oil in a pan over medium flame and deep fry the balls until they’re nice and golden brown. When they’re crispy and perfect, drain off any extra oil and serve them hot with your favorite sauce. Super easy and fun!
Chicken Balls Recipe
Ingredients:
- 200 grams of chicken (cut into pieces)
- 1 tablespoon oil (plus extra for greasing hands)
- 3 to 4 pieces of green chilies
- 1 teaspoon garlic-ginger paste
- Salt (to taste)
- ½ teaspoon cumin powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- ⅓ cup chopped onion
- Pastry sheets (for coating)
- Oil (for deep frying)
Direction:
- Prepare 200 grams of chicken and cut it into pieces. Place the chicken into a blender jar.

- Now, add 1 tablespoon of oil to the chicken, ¾ green chili pieces, 1 teaspoon of garlic-ginger paste, salt to taste, ½ teaspoon of cumin powder, ½ teaspoon of black pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, ½ cup of breadcrumbs, and finally, ⅓ cup of chopped onion. Blend everything together.

- Once blending is done, transfer the blended chicken to a bowl or plate.

- Now, take a few drops of oil in your hands and rub them together. Then, shape the chicken mixture into medium-sized balls.

- In this way, make all the chicken balls.

- Now, let’s make the crispy coating. Take some pastry sheets and cut them into thin, shard-like shapes using scissors.

- Once all the sheets are cut, take the chicken balls and coat them well with the pastry sheets.

- Now, make all the balls like this, and all that will be left is frying them.

- For frying, take a pan and heat up oil on medium flame, enough to fry them nicely. Deep fry the balls until they turn a nice golden brown color.

- When done frying, remove them from the stove and drain the excess oil. Now, serve them with your favorite sauce or however you like!
