- Next, add 300 ml of thickened milk.
- Add 1/2 cup of sugar.
- Add 1 ripe banana.
- Blend all the ingredients for about a minute until you get a smooth mixture.
- Strain the mixture through a sieve to remove any lumps.
- Time to make the caramel! In a pan, add 1/3 cup of sugar and let it melt on low heat. Keep an eye on it as caramel burns fast!
- This is how perfect caramel should look.
- As soon as it turns golden, quickly pour it into your pudding mold before it hardens into the pan. Then, let it set.
- Once the caramel has set properly, gently pour the pudding mixture over it.
- Now, cover the mold with foil or a lid.
