How to Make Banana Muffins?
In a cupcake mold, put some cupcake liners and keep it aside. Take a bowl and mash two ripe bananas. Add ½ cup of sugar and a pinch of salt and mix them well until the sugar dissolves. Now, add 2 large eggs and beat for 2 minutes. Then add ⅓ cup of oil and mix for another minute.
After mixing the wet ingredients well, add 1 cup of flour, ½ teaspoon of baking powder, and ½ teaspoon of vanilla essence. Mix all the dry ingredients with the batter. Add a tablespoon of chopped nuts and give it a final mix.
Once the batter is ready, pour the batter in equal amounts into the cupcake liners and bake it in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 170 degrees.

- 2 ripe bananas
- ½ cup of sugar

- Take two ripe bananas and peel the skins off.
- Now in a clean bowl, mash the bananas into a fine paste using a fork.

- Add a pinch of salt or to your taste.
- Mix well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- At this stage, add 2 large eggs.
- Beat all the ingredients using a whisk for 2 minutes.
