Remember you can make Bread pizza using a stovetop, oven, or microwave. It’s a popular choice for a quick meal that satisfies pizza cravings without the need for traditional pizza-making preparation or special ingredients.
How To Make Bread Pizza
To make quick and tasty bread pizza, start by spreading tomato ketchup evenly over a slice of bread. Now sprinkle a pinch of chili flakes and oregano for added flavor. You can top it with Mozzarella or cheddar cheese to your preference.
Then, add a colorful mix of cubes capsicum and some onion cubes for extra crunch. Now layer on another pinch of oregano.
To prepare more slices, simply repeat the same steps on the other pieces of bread. Once ready, place the topped bread slices on a preheated pan, cover with a lid, and cook for 2-3 minutes on low heat.
When the cheese has melted and the toppings are warmed through, remove the lid. Yeeey your delicious homemade bread pizzas are ready to serve!
Bread Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
- Bread
- Tomato sauce
- Oregano: a pinch
- Mozzarella cheese
- Chili flex: a pinch
- Capsicum cubes: 3 types
- Onion cubes
Directions
- First, take one bread slice and then take 1 tablespoon of tomato ketchup. Now spread the ketchup on top of the bread evenly.

- Now, take 1 pinch of chili flex and spread on the bread. After that take 1 pinch of oregano and spread on the top the same as chili flex.

- Then, you need Mozzarella cheese. Now spread the cheese on the bread according to your taste.

- Pizza can not be made without capsicum, right? So, take the capsicum and cut it into cubes (I used three different colors, as you can see in the picture). After that, spread the capsicum cubes on top of the bread.

- Then, you can use any topping you like. I have used onion cubes in the recipe.

- Now add a pinch of oregano on the top of the topping. It will add extra flavor.
- Take one more piece of bread and repeat the process to increase the quantity of pizza.

- Once you reach your targeted quantity, it’s time to bake them.

- Then, in a hot pan, put the bread slices. Now cover the pan with the lid and cook the bread slices for 2-3 minutes on low flame. Remember not to increase the flame.

- When the cheese melts, remove the lid. Congratulations your quick bread pizza is ready to eat.
Side Dishes Goes With Bread Pizza
I can’t have the actual taste of pizza without a packet of Crispy and flavorful potato wedges. For me, it increases the taste of bread pizza. On the other hand, my Mom loves fresh Caesar salad with romaine lettuce, croutons, and parmesan. She believes it balances the richness of bread pizza.
During Winter, you can have warm, tangy tomato basil soup along with your bread pizza. This adds a comforting and savory touch. My close friend can’t think of having pizza without light and creamy coleslaw that provides a refreshing contrast to the pizza.
Didn’t like any of them? How about Zucchini fries? You can enjoy your bread pizza with light, crispy zucchini fries which is a healthier, delicious alternative to regular fries.
Chef’s Tips
- Always choose thick-sliced bread, like sourdough or French bread, to hold the toppings without getting soggy.
- For extra rich flavor, brush a thin layer of olive oil on the bread before spreading the sauce. It adds depth and a slight crunch.
- Try to sprinkle a light layer of cheese under the toppings to help “glue” everything together and it will prevent sliding.
- You can add colorful vegetables like bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, or mushrooms for texture, flavor, and visual appeal.
- Try to use a blend of mozzarella with cheddar cheese that adds a rich and slightly sharp flavor.
