How to Make Bread Vegetable Pizza
The recipe is super easy, start by trimming the edges of 8 bread slices. Place 4 slices on a baking tray and spread pizza sauce evenly over them. Sprinkle a bit of oregano and add a slice of cheddar cheese on each. Top with the remaining 4 bread slices. Spread another layer of pizza sauce and 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on top. Spread the mayonnaise evenly.
Next, add your favorite veggies, we are using capsicum and onion. Now sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese over toppings. Finish with a sprinkle of chili flakes for a hint of spice. What to Serve With Bread Vegetable Pizza
Bread Vegetable Pizza is delicious on its own, but I love pairing it with some tomato ketchup, pizza sauce, or chili sauce. You can also enjoy it with a fresh, crisp salad if you prefer a lighter option. If you want a fuller meal, a hot bowl of soup is a perfect match, or you could add some homemade potato wedges or fries for that extra comfort.
Chef’s Tips
- Choose veggies wisely as some release water when cooked, which can make the bread soggy and break the base.
- You can store this in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days, but it doesn’t freeze well due to the fresh vegetables.
