  • 2 large egg (room temperature)
  • ½ cup of sugar
  • ⅓ cup of oil
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 cup of flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

  • ½ teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • A few drops of food color (optional)

For Vanilla Whipped cream:

  • ½ cup of cold whipped cream
  • ⅛ cup sugar

  • For the yummy cake, you will start with preparing the cake batter. Take a bowl and mix 2 large eggs at room temperature and ½ cup of sugar.
