Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • ½ cup onion, sliced
  • 1 cup minced chicken
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • ½ tablespoon turmeric powder
  • ½ tablespoon coriander powder
  • ½ tablespoon cumin powder
  • ½ tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • ½ cup boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon ginger paste
  • 1 egg
  • Bread (sliced)
  • Bread crumbs
  • Water (at room temperature)

Direction:

We have to prepare the filling first. Let’s see the steps:

  • In a frying pan, heat 3 tablespoons of oil and add ½ cup of sliced onion. Then lightly fry the onion.
  • Next, Add 1 cup of minced chicken along with 1 tablespoon chili powder, ½ tablespoon turmeric powder, ½ tablespoon coriander powder, ½ tablespoon cumin powder, and ½ tablespoon salt.
  • Stir in 1 tablespoon soy sauce, ½ cup boiled mashed potatoes, 1 tablespoon garlic paste, and 1 tablespoon ginger paste. Mix everything well over medium heat.
  • Cook for about 15 minutes until everything is cooked. Now let the mixture cool.

Now, we will prepare the roll:

  • Grab a slice of bread whole wheat or white, whichever you like. Then flatten it out with a rolling pin until it’s nice and thin and easy to fold. When perfectly done, cut off the edges of the bread.
