What To Serve With Chicken Manchurian
Plain rice or simply egg fried rice is the best go-to dish for the delicious chicken Manchurian. Apart from this, hakka noodles or vegetable noodles are also great options to pair with this dish.
Notes
- Before cutting the chicken, try to keep it partially in the refrigerator. This will help to cut the chicken into cubes more easily.
- You can store this menu for up to 2-3 days. Warm it up on the stovetop or microwave. If the sauce thickens too much, simply add a little bit of stock or water.
Tips
- While marinating the chicken, if you have enough time, try to marinate it for a minimum of 45 minutes. This allows the chicken to tenderize and enhances the flavor.
- My recipe involves deep-frying the chicken, but you can grill it if you prefer and then add the Manchurian sauce.
- While making the sauce, you can use chicken stock instead of water.
