- Now, prepare beaten eggs in a bowl. The number of eggs will depend upon the bite slices.
- Take bites one after one and dip them in a beaten egg. After dipping, take the bites straight to the breadcrumbs and coat thoroughly. Do it all separately and place them on a plate together.

Which Side Dishes Are The Best Match for Chicken Potato Bites?

Sauces are always a good idea to try with your deep-fried appetizers. Try sweet chili sauces for a tasty and spicy kick. Barbecue sauce will give a smoky and sweet flavor. Also, ranch dressing, garlic aioli, and yogurt sauce are great options.
Chef’s Tips
- For extra crunch, repeat the egg and breadcrumb coating process.
- Fry at medium heat (around 350°F/175°C). With too much of the heat, the bites will burn outside
while staying undercooked inside. Similarly, lower heat will make the bites absorb excess oil.
- Keep fried bites on a paper towel to remove excess oil for a crispier finish.
