How to Make Creamy Coffee Mousse?
In a clean bowl, using an electric beater, beat 1 tablespoon of instant coffee powder, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 2 tablespoons of water together. Beat until the mixture is creamy, fluffy and light in color.
Now, putting it aside, take 1 cup of chilled whipping cream and beat it until it increases in volume and soft peaks form. At this stage add ⅛ cup of condensed milk and beat it for another minute.
Finally, mix the two creams together and beat the mixture for another minute or two. Once the mixture is properly combined, put it in a piping bag and layer it in a glass with some crushed cookies or biscottis.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee
- 2 tablespoon water
- 1 cup of chilled whipping cream
- ⅛ cup of condensed milk
- Some crushed cookies
Directions
- In a clean bowl, take 1 tablespoon of sugar.
- Take 1 tablespoon of instant coffee.
- Take 2 tablespoons of water.
- Now, using an electric beater, mix the coffee-sugar water at medium to high speed.
- Mix until the mixture is creamy and fluffy.
- In another bowl, take 1 cup of chilled whipping cream.
- Using the beater, beat the cream until it doubles in volume and creates soft peaks.
- At this stage, add ⅛ cup of condensed milk and beat for another minute.
- Finally, add the coffee mixture to the whipped cream.
- And, beat the entire mixture for another minute.
Now it’s time to layer the mousse into the glasses.
- Put the coffee-cream mix into a piping bag and cut the tip of the bag. Twist the top of the bag and hold the open tip downwards, gently squeeze from the upper side, and put the first layer of cream in a clean glass.
- Once the first layer is done, add a layer of crushed cookies. You can use any flavoured cookies you want.
- Done with the second layer and you can repeat the process up to as many layers as you like.
